Processing Time:
All orders ship same day or next business day after you place your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it right to your door!
Local Pickup:
If you’re local to New Tazewell, TN, you can choose local pickup at checkout. You’ll get an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup — usually within a couple hours if we are open when you order. If we are not, it will be ready the following business day.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bre’s Tees + Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, we’re unable to replace or refund those orders once shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damage during transit. If there’s an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
