Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, as long as the item/s meet the conditions of our Refund/Return Policy.
Can I return it if I washed it?
No, we do no accept returns nor exchanges for anything that has been washed.
How Do I return something?
Email us at Support@BresTees.com with your order number and we willl get the process going for ya!
Can I return something without the tag?
All original tag/s must be attached to the products in order to return or exchange.
Shipping
What Are Your Shipping Times?
We ship all orders same day or next business day after they’re placed! Orders made on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
What if I put the wrong address?
Please double-check your address before placing your order! Unfortunately, once your package has shipped, we can’t make any address changes or issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’ll help guide you on how to file a claim with the carrier if needed.
